4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@bibas. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated. Please allow up to 7 business days for resolution.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please check with neighbors or your local post office.
