We want you to be happy with your purchase from Biba's. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Personalized/custom-made items

Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@bibas.com with the subject “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to swap an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
